AGS Terms and Conditions of Sale

All products are "off the shelf" commercial or industrial grade only

Terms: Credit Card

AGS accepts- Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discovery only

Open account status requires a minimum of six months activity and a good payment history.

Minimum order is $100.00 per shipment

Please understand AGS is not your credit union

Finance charges of 18% apr will commence after 30 days of invoice date

Payments due that are 45 days or older will put customer on credit and shipping hold until paid in full.

Applied discounts (per shipment) 1-100 base, 101-250 -2%, 251-500 -5%, 501-1,000 -7%, 1001 and up -10%

for large orders (blanket orders must be shipped within 120 days) request discount

Discounts will not apply to freight charges

FOB is AGS plant in Toledo, Oregon

Customer's UPS or FedEx account number are required

If customer does not have a UPS or FedEx account number- shipping charges and a $4.00 handling fee will be added to invoice.

Failure to pay for shipping charges will place all future shipments on hold until paid in full.

Custom Straps

All referenced documents on drawings and purchase orders but be submitted in full at time of RFQ

Any documents not submitted will be excluded from our quote and unbinding on all orders

All straps are built to order and unless found to be defective, are not returnable

Authorized returns require an RMA number

Defective products are to ship to AGS UPS ground only

Liability shall be limited to replacement , repair or refund only

These straps are intended for grounding or bonding only- any other use is in violation of your agreement with AGS and is customer's risk only.

Customer is aware of de-rate factors (see form at top)

Testing

Any required testing will be per customer's written criteria and be prepaid prior to production.

These terms and conditions of sale are deemed inclusive in all AGS quotes

By placing an order with AGS, customer has agreed to these terms and acknowledges that they override any terms or conditions of customer's order.

All disputes shall be governed under Oregon law.
